The Segmentation Marketing Specialist - Digital serves as the strategic implementation specialist and project manager for key digital segment projects, including website personalization, optimization of segment landing pages on MohawkGroup.com and ensuring seamless marketing integration into Mohawk 360 for lead-gen and sales enablement.
Collects and analyzes marketing campaign data and evaluate the overall performance of channels, assets, conversions, leads, pipeline and revenue impact.
Conducts market research to analyze competitors, determine brand perceptions, evaluate market penetration, and understand customer needs
Supports vision for customer marketing, introducing robust approaches for measurement, test strategy, and segmentation with the goal to strengthen demand generation, conversion, and loyalty.
Presents data driven recommendations and strategies to team members and management based on research findings, trends, and your knowledge of the data available.
Analyzes marketing metrics to identify cause-affect relationships between marketing actions and financial outcomes to increase profitability
Recommends changes to current product development procedures based on market research and new trends
Develops and implements segmentation logic that sends the right communication, at the right time, based on customer behavior, actions, and journey stage; manage email calendar, build emails as required and run A/B testing.
Collaborates with Sales Operations team to improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field 3+ years of related experience
Previous experience using a marketing automation platform
Appetite for innovative technology, fast-changing business environment and data-driven decision making
Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce.com and HubSpot is preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically
Strong attention to detail to drive flawless execution and manage multiple workstreams.
